Contoh Percakapan Negosiasi

Negosiasi adalah sebuah bentuk interaksi sosial saat pihak-pihak yang terlibat berusaha untuk saling menyelesaikan tujuan yang berbeda dan bertentangan. Menurut kamus Oxford, negosiasi adalah suatu cara untuk mencapai suatu kesepakatan melalui diskusi formal.

1½ tahun lalu, saya dapat tugas untuk membuat percakapan negosiasi dalam bahasa inggris~~~
Berikut ini merupakan contoh percakapan negosiasi dalam Bahasa Inggris. (Ini dibuat oleh saya dan kedua teman saya dan telah di koreksi oleh teman Amerika saya, heheh jadi untuk grammar dan istilah-istilahnya bisa dikatakan sudah oke)

It’s negotiation conversation in English, and it had been reviewed by my American friend. Feel free if you want to correct it or give opinion

Fani                 : Good morning, may we come in?
Mita                : Yes, please come in and have a seat. I’m Mita, sales and marketing manager of LSI Catering
Fani                 : I’m Fani, I’m from C company
Tia                    : I’m Tia, and I’m from C company too
Mita                : Nice to meet you.
Tia & Fani      : Nice to meet you too.
Mita                : So, may we start our business topic now?
Fani                 : Yes, of course. My company is opening our new branch, and we want to celebrate it. I hear that your catering is good and  that you have a lot of experience  handling  large events. So, we would like to order food from your catering.
Mita                :  Ok, please tell me about the food you  are hoping for.
Tia                    : We  would like to present traditional food. We’ve made lists. We  would like to order sundanesse food for the main  course, we would also  like to order baso malang, satay, mpek mpek, kerak telor. And for  dessert, we want to present traditional cake.


Fani                 : Can you present it all?
Mita                : Of course. When  is your event being held,and how many guest  are invited?
Tia                    : Next month and we have invited  one hundred guests.
Fani                 : Before we  get much further, I would like to ask  how much you think this will cost.
Mita                : Please wait  while I calculate it.
                         I’ve calculated it, it’s about ten million rupiahs
Tia                    : I think it’s  too expensive. Could we maybe get lower price?
Mita                : I’m sorry,  you’ve ordered a lot of food and I’m afraid that’s as low as I can go.
Fani                 :  Since we’ve ordered so much food, would a discount be possible?
Mita                : Sorry, I can’t, but if you want to get a low price and good food, I have a special package for you.
                         Please read it. (give brochure)
                         You can choose Package A. It isn’t as  much as you ordered, and  the food isn’t what’s on your lists, but it is traditional .  This package is five million rupiahs. But, if you want more food than what is in Package A, you can choose package C. It’s seven million rupiahs.
Tia                    : What do you think about Package A, Fani?
Fani                 : I think it’s  a good price, but the food is standard. How about you?
Tia                    : I think  the food looks good and the price is cheap. I suggest we take Package A
Fani                 : I  think we are going to need more food than what is in package A. Why don’t we take package C?
Tia                    : I know package C is complete, but the price is so expensive. I’m affraid that our budget isn’t enough.
Fani                 : Our budget is seven point five million rupiahs, maybe we can ask about a discount and possibly can get cheaper price.
Tia                    : I think  that’s a good Idea.
Fani                 : Ms, Do you have special price for package C?
Mita                : Unfortunatelly, we  only give special prices for orders of more than 300 portions.
Tia                    : We  only ordered 100 portions, could you please give a small discount?
Mita                : Hmm... I think i can give you  a ten percent discount on your portions. You get 10 free portions  and shipping will be on us.
Fani                 : That  sounds perfect. What Do you think, Tia?
Tia                    : I agree, and i  think we should take it.
Fani                 : Okay, we will take it, Miss. How can we pay it?
Mita                : You can pay to Administration Department.
Fani                 : Ok, thank you.
Tia                    : I guess  we’re all done here.  Thank you for your time. I enjoyed doing business with you and hope to do more soon.
Mita                : Me too.
Fani & Tia      :  Thank you again, have a nice day.
Mita                :  Thank you, you too.
