Equal Treatment between Man and Woman

I Think, emancipation for woman is very important, because woman entitled to same treatment as man. Woman are to be valued and respected. Woman not just a servant in charge of household, but women intitled to get education.

Firstly, in the book “Door Duisternis tot Licht”, Kartini describe woman of Java suffering result traditional confines, that is secluded, married to man who are not familiar, and willing polygamy. For Kartini, It is complete suffering for woman of Java, their life are restricted wall’s house. For example, Kartini is only allowed attend school until 12 years old in the ELS (Europe Lagere School) and she must live in her house because she had secluded

Woman has capabilities are not much different from man. Woman also have talents, and interest can be channeled and developed. Therefore, Woman can not be underestimated and woman entitled to same treatment as man.
